Because each Build to Win piece is made to order and customized to the customer’s selection, returns and exchanges are not accepted.

Damaged or defective items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery using our contact form. Please include clear photos of:

• the outer packaging

• the damage on the item

• the shipping label

Once verified, we will send a replacement at no extra cost.
